SPECIAL UPDATE: As of 9/23/2017 - Your Cosmic Guy has reached 11 minutes 30 seconds of sun gazing, this day.
Greetings again, it is Saturday September 23, 2017 and I am back in Desert Hot Springs. My trek up the coast to Shasta was shorter than expected, so I am tentatively planning a new trip but after the winter months. lol...no more snow and blistering cold for your Cosmic Guy. I was not able to get much continuity with my sun gazing while away, just too much cloud cover and obstructions during the sweet spot. Here is a great shot of the setting sun as I finished my 11 minutes and 10 seconds on September 13th. I did not move past that until, ironically when I got back to the valley, first in Joshua Tree, then today in DHS I am at 11:30. Going back to morning and evening again! The Earth's position to the Sun is changing and although it is rising / setting earlier - I am changing the time of my show to make room for my ever expanding sun gazing time (10 added seconds each day).
...I am here in Desert Hot Springs, and for days I have not been able to get past my 10 minutes, also I am about to embark on a long awaited trek to Mount Shasta and perhaps my destiny in the Global Disclosure Initiative. So right now (9/5-9/9) I am in the throes of helping with a major purchase, for a brand new pull along trailer, and then organizing and planning out all the details for heading up the Pacific Coastal Highway, and Ventura Highway. I will get my quality time with my friend the Sun very very soon, and the good news is I do not have to start over, I just pick up where I left off....so bear with this short transition, and look for a newly designed Sun Gazing section to reflect and track my journey toward 15 minutes and beyond. I shall become a superbeing. You can too. :)
